​​Refund and Exchange Policy

• All sales final.

• Refunds are offered in circumstances of damage; the damaged item must be returned in unworn and new condition. Return-for-refund items must be approved prior to returning the item. Store credit may be offered as a refund option. Item damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package, photographic evidence must be supplied.

• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item and verification that all items are accounted for and return claim is verified by the shop. Items must be returned in unworn and original/new condition. Items that contain pet or cigarette aromas will not be eligible for a return. No monies will be released until the item is received back, or the return tracking number is marked as delivered by the USPS. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Client is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged upon receipt.

• All items mailed back to the seller must have a tracking number. If a tracking number is not purchased by the buyer on return of the item and package is lost in the mail, monies will not be refunded. Replaced orders will be replaced as originally ordered only, if a change in the original order is requested the buyer is responsible to purchasing a new listing.

• No refunds or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items.

• IMPORTANT: No refunds or exchanges on any order where the client fails to read the entire item description. At the time of purchase, clients acknowledge that they have read the item description and all shop policies. 

• No refund or exchanges on part of client error. 

• Cancellation requests must be made via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please submit your cancellation request to chicsomethings@yahoo.com. Orders that are canceled by the client will be fully refunded if no materials have been ordered for that particular order and order has not been started. If client cancels an order in which materials have been ordered, order will be refunded less the cost of ordered materials. If a client requests to cancel an order that has already been completed or shipped, no refund will be approved.

• No refunds/cancellations will be issued once 14 days have passed on orders in which the client has not provided all the information for the order to be completed. If a refund is approved after the 14 day window, a 20% restocking fee will apply. NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED EVENT DATES DUE TO THE CLIENT NOT SUPPLYING REQUIRED INFORMATION NECESSARY TO COMPLETE AND SHIP THE ORDER PROMPTLY.

• All Chic Somethings products contain small parts and should never be used or worn unattended or without the supervision of an adult. 

• All Chic Somethings products are not created or meant to be placed in the mouth, please be advised that a choking hazard will arise if any item is placed in the mouth. >Some items may contain glitter or sequin that may pose as a skin or eye irritant. Please contact the shop prior to ordering if you do not want any glitter in your item.

• Do not use any Chic Somethings item near an open flame, for many materials used in the creation process are or may be flammable. 

• Chic Somethings Boutique is not responsible for injury or death caused by the use/misuse of any product. 

• All buyers use any Chic Somethings product at their own risk. Always use caution when using any Chic Somethings Boutique product and only use item for the purpose it is intended and designed for as described in the listing
